As a Senior Manager in the Energy Lead Advisory team, you’ll collaborate with developers, investors, financiers, innovators, and public sector stakeholders to unlock capital and deliver impactful M&A solutions that accelerate Australia’s transition to a sustainable, green future. You’ll be instrumental in: Originating new opportunities and developing client relationships Identifying key value drivers and risk mitigation strategies, challenging assumptions around pricing, asset performance, and portfolio construction Leading transaction execution across the lifecycle, including financial modelling, diligence, financing, and negotiation Delivering seamless, integrated client experiences across service lines throughout the M&A journey The team’s focus spans renewable generation, storage, transmission, and optimisation strategies for infrastructure investors, developers, and utilities across both mid-market and major segments. Note: This role requires candidates to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
