This role is based across two key office locations and is central to supporting both internal operations and providing exceptional service to a broad client base. Responsibilities include managing client communication, preparing compliance documentation, liaising with external parties such as the ATO and ASIC, maintaining records, supporting workflow coordination and assisting with client onboarding. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience within the accounting or financial services industry, excellent communication and organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Xero and cloud-based admin platforms is highly regarded.
