About the Role: Reporting to the Chief People & Transformation Officer, the Marketing and Communications Manager role is based in Bundall Gold Coast office to lead our onsite Marketing and Communications team. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the full marketing and communications function, with accountability for strategy, brand, communications, people leadership, and reputation management. You will influence organisational direction, support growth, and position Infinite Care as a leading voice in the aged care sector. Key Accountabilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute long-term marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals Brand and Communication Direction : Shape and evolve our brand identity and oversee all internal and external communications across digital, print, and community channels Reputation and Issues Management: Lead proactive and responsive communication strategies to safeguard our reputation, manage issues, and build trust with stakeholders, regulators, and the community. Employer Brand: Partner with People & Culture to promote Infinite Care as an employer of choice, ensuring our workforce value proposition resonates with current and future employees. Digital & Data-Led Marketing: Drive digital transformation by leveraging platforms, tools, and analytics to engage residents, families, and communities, while measuring and optimising impact. Thought Leadership: Position Infinite Care as a progressive voice in aged care through advocacy, public relations, and industry engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community groups to amplify our message to ensure marketing and communications integrates with organisational priorities. Campaign and Communications Excellence: Oversee end-to-end marketing and communications delivery, from concept to analytics, ensuring measurable impact and aligned with organisational voice. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a talented marketing and communications team with a culture of creativity and accountability About You: Demonstrated experience operating in a Marketing and Communications leadership role within aged care, health, community services, or other people focused industries. Strong strategic thinking, with proven ability to design and deliver both long term strategies and tactical campaigns. Deep expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and issues/crisis management. Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and engage high-performing teams. Proven innovation in brand storytelling, campaign design, and creative content management. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven experience in overseeing corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder messaging. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with empathy and clarity Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related studies is essential. Strong digital marketing expertise including Facebooks Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media, email marketing and WordPress or similar Why Join Infinite Care?
