Purpose of the Role We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Design & Construction Interface Manager to oversee the operational readiness and transition activities for a major healthcare expansion project. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll work closely with the hospital operator, government representatives, and project partners to manage risks, ensure contractual requirements are met, and prepare the site for the operational phase. This is a newly created, fully budgeted role for the 24-month construction phase. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all transition activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Monitor and manage budgets, reporting on costs and progress. Act as the interface between management, builders, and stakeholders. Oversee operational readiness, updates, and reporting. Develop policies, procedures, and emergency management plans for go-live. Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication channels. Skills & Experience Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure (preferably healthcare). Project and construction management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to analyse, report, and track operational data.
