YOUR NEW ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Business Advisor to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and critical support to the Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role operates as an extension of the CEO's office, enabling effective decision-making, driving alignment across executive priorities, and ensuring the delivery of key organisational outcomes. The Business Advisor provides strategic analysis on complex issues, prepares high-quality briefings, and strengthens the CEO's engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as a sounding board, the Business Advisor brings exceptional judgment, and discretion, while helping shape organisational direction and ensuring the CEO remains focused on the highest priorities. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing advice, insights, and analysis to inform critical decisions. Prepare high-quality briefing materials, board papers, and reports aligned with governance and strategy. Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks managed. Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership, and Board to drive alignment and collaboration. Build and sustain strong relationships with funders, partners, and sector stakeholders. Optimise workflows and priorities in partnership with the CEO's office to enhance organisational efficiency. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience in senior strategic advisory, policy, or executive leadership roles (healthcare or community sector highly regarded). Exceptional judgment, political acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes. Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing board papers, briefings, and high-level reports. Proven ability to manage complex projects, track strategic initiatives, and deliver results.
