Our client based in Coburg is seeking a reliable and adaptable individual for a dual Dispatch and Customer Service role. This role involves direct interaction with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders and is suited to someone who thrives under pressure and has a strong attention to detail. This is an ongoing casual position with a strong potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. Working: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm Payrate: $37.12 Key Responsibilities: Serve drivers at the dispatch window, issue paperwork for collections/deliveries Answer inbound calls (internal and external) and respond to enquiries Book transport via portals and carrier timeslots for next-day collections Raise and reconcile CHEP dockets Handle general dispatch admin and problem resolution Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed correctly Prioritise tasks to meet daily deadlines To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following: Previous experience in dispatch or warehouse environments preferred Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure Strong customer service and communication skills A proactive, team-oriented approach High level of organisation and time management Resilient and calm in high-pressure situations Commitment to reliability and minimal absenteeism Confident with systems and able to learn quickly Only short-listed candidates will be contacted
