About the Role We are seeking a Supply Chain & Facility Coordinator to support the fast paced distribution team. Reporting to the DC Manager this diverse role will be responsible for processing DC Payroll invoices & general invoice processing, facility management support, timekeeping functions, freight management, internal & external supplier management and other adhoc administration tasks. This role is full time, located on-site at our Distribution Centre in Truganina. Responsibilities Manage facilities contracts, onsite cleaning, security personnel, fire services, electrical, waste, consumables etc. Assist with transport queries for local and interstate deliveries to our retail stores via Team Global Express (TGE) Manage DC Payroll processing, as well as general invoice processing and validation Establishing and manage reporting mechanisms as a means of providing project KPIs and project controls Day to day site management and safety supervision of subcontractors, whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard Developing, establishing and maintaining the master program in MS Excel Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives Participate in strategic purchasing activities including the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors Planning for new and upcoming projects by providing project governance controls Skills and Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics or related discipline is desirable Working knowledge of Supply Chain IT tools Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills and Manhattan system knowledge is advantageous Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the retail industry and relevant KPI’s Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem solving skills Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established and successful team.
