We’re seeking a motivated Senior Project Officer to support organisational change and workforce development in a large public sector organisatio n. Working with the Executive Director, you’ll help deliver HR and governance initiatives while driving effective communication, consultation, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a change management plan in consultation with HR. Reviewing and updating team structures, functions, and role descriptions. Assisting in the creation of new role descriptions. Preparing communication materials and presentation packs for consultation. Supporting the planning and facilitation of staff and stakeholder consultations. Maintaining accurate records of decisions and communications. Providing governance and project support to the Executive Director. About You Strong HR experience, with knowledge of workforce planning, role design, and organisational development. Proven change management expertise in complex or large organisations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documentation and presentation materials. Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
