RUD are seeking a Systems Integrator based in their Larapinta, Brisbane Head Office who are a structured and solutions-focused professional who thrives on building order, aligning systems with business needs and delivering long-term value. The Systems Integration Lead will take ownership of the business systems, driving integration, process optimisation, and compliance across all departments. This role is less about coding, and more about bridging business requirements with system capabilities and undertaking gap analysis to ensure smooth operations, mitigate risk, and sustainable growth. You will partner with senior leaders, operational teams, stakeholders and external providers to ensure the systems not only function but enable the business to scale. Your role will combine structured project leadership, risk and compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement to build the processes that underpin RUD's continued success. Align IT systems with departmental business needs, ensuring risk, compliance, and operational efficiency are built into processes. Facilitate workshops, map workflows, and implement structured solutions that drive consistency and efficiency. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth enabled by technology. Provide governance and oversight for IT service delivery, compliance, and risk management. Develop training materials and support business adoption of new processes and systems. Monitor and report on business systems performance to executive leadership. What You Bring Seven plus years’ experience in business systems management, process improvement, or digital transformation Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational requirements into structured system solutions Proven experience leading ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise-level system projects with a focus on business outcomes Demonstrated ability to build frameworks for compliance, risk analysis, and operational governance Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and process alignment across departments Qualifications in Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related IT field (desirable: ISO, ERP, CRM certifications) Desirable Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent Knowledge of ISO frameworks (ISO 27001 or similar) Background in manufacturing or engineering environments What’s in It for You Competitive salary package Genuine work-life balance Culture-driven, team-based environment that celebrates wins Ongoing training, professional development, and career growth opportunities Join RUD in shaping the systems and processes that drive our business forward.
