The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Process payments and operate POS systems Requirements: Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays Current RSA certificate Whether you're in the kitchen or on the floor, you’ll work with passionate people in a warm, supportive and welcoming environment.
