A second-generation family owned company, Minus 1 moves temperature sensitive freight all over Australia. With depots in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and more on the way, we have more than 200 vehicles and 200 trailers on the move every day. We are looking for an experienced High Reach Operator to join our team on a full time basis at our depot in Dandenong South, VIC. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be very hands on and responsible for picking, packing and checking in stock. You will also be assisting with the daily operations within the warehouse to achieve optimal efficiency to service levels, control cost, food safety integrity and stock quality while fostering a positive safety culture. This role is Full time Monday to Friday from 10am - 6pm. Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate warehouse operations; inbound, outbound, storage & stock Maintain stock integrity and compliance with cold chain responsibility and temperature sensitive requirements Monitor loading and unloading practices Drive productivity within the warehouse environment General warehouse duties including temperature checking and logging Ad hoc paperwork as required The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Experience with a recognised WMS and RF Scanning Experience in temperature controlled environments, including freezer Experience in Transport, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Warehousing business is preferred A current forklift licence with counter and high reach The ability work unsupervised and problem solve Good work ethic, and ability to work in a team Strong attention to detail essential If this sounds like the role for you APPLY now. *Please note- only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
