Assembly Fitters/Mechanics Wanted to build trucks from the chassis up! Our client, located in South Windsor, is one of the world's leading manufacturers specialising in emergency and government vehicles. They're looking for skilled Assembly Fitters / Mechanics to join their production team and help build their fleet of trucks and vehicles from the ground up! About the role: Work under the supervision of a team leader Assemble fabricated components, pumps, and fit out accessories inside and outside the cab Follow technical drawings and procedures for batch builds (varied per batch) Play a key role in vehicle assembly and customization What you'll need: Mechanical assembly experience Relevant trade certifications/qualifications in mechanical fitting, engineering, or a related field Previous experience in vehicle assembly/fitting or a similar industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Your own tools Adaptability to dynamic workloads and business needs What do we offer?
