Customer Service Officer This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer, based in our Perth Airport Office. The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys working in a team orientated business, providing customer support to our clients along with general administrative duties. The Opportunity Djinda Produce is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a permanent position which requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Officer provides essential support to the Operations team and our customers, through the accurate processing of customer orders and maintenance of the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is achieved through: Processing customer orders with accuracy Generate accurate invoices & consignment notes Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries Maintain and update customer records Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments General administration tasks as required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a customer service role Strong numerical skills with eye for detail Excellent phone & email communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Hands on experience with MS Office Excellent organisational and multitasking skills High attention to detail A team player with high level of dedication and ability to build strong relationships Ability to prioritise work to meet strict deadlines Ability to problem solve and use your own initiative This is a permanent part-time role, averaging 32-hours per week, with additional hours to cover annual leave where required.
