Description Permanent Full-Time Leadership opportunity available: This on-site role is primarily located in our conveniently located clinic in West Perth, working an average of 38 hours per week, on a roster basis. The ability to attend our Joondalup location would also be beneficial. Availability: Being available to help our patients & provide excellent customer service is the key to our success. The successful candidate will have full availability to attend shifts during all of the following trading hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 8.30am - 2.30pm (ad hoc basis) Key Responsibilities Include: Operational Administration & Clinic Duties: Processing payments, managing patient data in our CRM and related systems, and reconciling daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures, and handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and general office tasks. You'll also manage stock, process orders, and ensure efficient clinic operations. Leadership: Monitor clinic operation efficiencies, manage medical records in accordance with protocols, ensure all policies and procures are followed and undertaken, assist with recruitment and training of new employees.
