As an Administration Officer in Elective and Procedural Bookings you will liaise with patients, their families, medical, nursing, and relevant administration staff to provide an efficient elective booking service for the QCH operating suites and medical day unit, that supports waitlist management and targets for surgical and medical procedures at Queensland Children’s Hospital. Your contribution will include: Efficiently complete and maintain elective surgery wait list & medical procedures wait list by sourcing data and ensuring details are entered on the relevant systems in a timely accurate manner. Ensuring elective surgery and medical procedural wait lists are maintained, accurate information is captured, and patients are booked in accordance with category timeframes and in line with policies and procedures.
