We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years. What we need A highly motivated Customer Services Officer to join our friendly team! This position is Full Time. What will you do? As the Customer Services Officer you will have the opportunity to: First point of contact to our wonderful residents and visitors entering the facility Front Office reception duties including answer phone calls and queries Data Entry and record keeping Administration tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite Mail handling and distribution Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers both internally and externally Other administrative duties to support the Regional Operations Manager and Management Team.
