Our family-owned fast-casual chain serves flame-grilled chicken, chips and drinks from the flagship store at Shop 49B, Channel Court Shopping Centre, Kingston TAS 7050. We are now looking for a qualified Contract Administrator to join our Kingston head-office team and manage all contracts supporting our day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities 1.Draft and manage shop, equipment supply and service agreements. 2.Maintain a central contract register covering leases, suppliers and maintenance providers, tracking key dates, renewals and costs. 3.Review the lease variations and centre-rule updates, cost schedules and centre-rules compliance. 4.Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and warranty claims within agreed terms and budgets. 5.Coordinate internal stakeholders (operations, finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth, compliant trading. 6.Identify and mitigate commercial risks such as supplier delays, cost overruns or lease non-compliance.
