Role Profile We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager, someone with a passion and drive for delivering excellent customer experiences — to lead from the front and set the tone from Day One. This is the most senior in-venue leadership position, reporting directly to the Founder. You’ll be the driving force behind the floor energy, the customer experience, and the smooth running of every service, while building a positive, high-performance team culture.
