The Marketing Manager will lead brand growth, consumer engagement, and sales acceleration across E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of digital marketing campaigns, trade schemes, promotional activities, and consumer activations, ensuring high ROI and alignment with the brand’s growth target of ₹2 Cr monthly sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and implement annual brand marketing calendar for Eatopia across all online channels. Build positioning strategies around 100% Clean Snacking and health-focused messaging. Work closely with design & content teams for packaging communication and creative campaigns. 2. E-commerce & Quick Commerce Marketing Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart BBD, Blinkit Weekend Sale, Zepto Payday Sale). Negotiate with platforms for visibility slots, banner ads, sampling campaigns, and cross-promotions. Track platform spends vs ROI and optimize promotional investments. Ensure strong product content, SEO optimization, and review/rating improvements on Amazon/Flipkart. 3. Digital Marketing & Consumer Acquisition Lead performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer campaigns, SEO). Plan UGC (User Generated Content), influencer tie-ups, and community building. Manage website marketing campaigns including email, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs. Track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Repeat Purchase Rate, CTR, and ROAS. 4. Promotions & Trade Schemes Design and roll out monthly promotions (discounts, bundles, BOGOs, flash sales). Ensure Internal Order (IO) approvals for promotions, trade schemes, and digital spends. Track scheme performance vs. budget vs. claim settlements in coordination with Finance. 5. Market Research & Consumer Insights Conduct competitor benchmarking for pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Gather consumer insights from online reviews, surveys, and focus groups. Share inputs with NPD team for new product pipeline. 6. Analytics & Reporting Own Marketing KPIs dashboard (Power BI/Excel) – Spend vs. Sales, ROAS, CAC, GMV uplift. Run monthly performance reviews with leadership and cross-functional teams. Track SKU/platform-level marketing ROI. Key Deliverables (KPIs) Platform GMV growth vs. targets (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Website). Marketing Spend ROI (ROAS > 3x, CAC Improvement in brand awareness metrics (traffic, followers, engagement rate). Campaign effectiveness (CTR, conversion rates, repeat purchase %). Claim settlement accuracy (all marketing IOs vs. platform claims closed within TAT). Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA in Marketing or related field. Experience: 5–10 years in FMCG/D2C/E-commerce marketing. Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing, e-commerce trade marketing, and influencer strategy. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and campaign management tools. Excellent negotiation skills for platform visibility & promotions. Analytical mindset with creativity to drive consumer love.
