Change Manager - Regulatory Transformation We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-profile regulatory reform program within the energy sector. This role will be responsible for delivering structured change management strategies and activities that enable smooth adoption of new regulatory requirements across the business. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that changes are effectively understood, adopted, and embedded into business operations. WHAT'S ON OFFER Perth CBD based. Hybrid working. $950 a day GST Exposure to working alongside one of Australia's largest energy providers. 6-month rolling contract. THE ROLE: Develop and implement change management plans to support regulatory reform initiatives. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify areas of risk, resistance, and opportunity. Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across business and technical teams. Deliver change interventions including training, workshops, stakeholder briefings, and business readiness activities. Monitor and report on change progress, adoption levels, and business readiness, recommending adjustments where required. Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery. Support the organisation in embedding new processes, systems, and behaviours that align with regulatory requirements. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within regulatory or compliance-focused projects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across business and technical teams. Proven experience as a Change Manager with a strong focus on transformational communications. Demonstrated success in driving change through clear, compelling, and targeted communication strategies. Experience delivering change strategies and plans in complex environments. Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop practical interventions to support adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with energy, utilities, or other highly regulated sectors (desirable).
