This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is comfortable working with systems, and wants to work toward a shared goal. With the support of your colleague, you will be setting up jobs in our system, tracking completed jobs, preparing reports, and supporting the team with invoicing and client communications. Key Responsibilities Will Include Entering and updating all sales order information accurately to ensure jobs can be scheduled and completed Keeping all data up to date and accurate Delivering great customer service by responding to customer requests Working closely with the team and helping out where needed to meet customer deadlines Helping to prepare and send compliance documents to clients The finalisation and closure of completed jobs in the system so they’re ready for invoicing Support the team with general admin tasks when required Your Skills We are looking for someone who loves getting involved in every facet of business support and thrives owning the end-to-end administration functions, improving processes where they see potential, and interacting with clients.
