Due to growth, an opportunity has opened for a Tenancy Manager to join their close-knit team based in the South Brisbane suburbs. This is a true end-to-end role managing a portfolio of around 120 properties. You’ll be responsible for everything from entries and routines through to lease renewals, maintenance coordination and vacates – but without the added burden of trust accounting. The team is professional yet supportive, with most staff enjoying long tenure (10 years). The organisation operates with strong systems in place, including Property Me and the Microsoft suite. You’ll have access to a shared company car, and the benefit of salary packaging on top of base salary.
