About the Role As the Head of Campus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education within your institution. You will be responsible for delivering the department's vision, driving improvements in student outcomes, and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning. Additionally, you will cultivate positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and key stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative environment that supports growth and success for all. Your Responsibilities As the Head of Campus, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity. Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
