The position will provide high level pharmaceutical services to the patients of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with their needs and the policies and priorities of the Health Service. Key Responsibilities include: This position will function as part of a team of pharmacists providing services to patients within the Pharmacy Services of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service An expected outcome of this position is to provide accurate and timely advice to medical, nursing and subordinate pharmacy staff on patient admission history and pharmaceutical issues while ensuring optimum patient medication safety. * Deliver general level clinical pharmacy services within a rostered clinical area or in the dispensary as part of a multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards and under the direction of the Senior Pharmacist (Operational Portfolios). Remuneration value, comprising salary between $2941.70 - $4323.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Fixed term temporay full time for 12 months).
