Description The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for: Managing daily and operational administrative tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analysing market trends, provide insights and support account growth strategies Preparing sales reports, pricing, presentations and promotional materials Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations. Assist in coordination of product launches and category reviews to support Account Managers. Profile The successful Sales Support Specialist should have: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, with strong working knowledge of excel Experience in a similar sales support, sales admin or account executive role Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations.
