About the Role We are seeking an accomplished full-time General Manager (also suited to an experienced Dealer Principal) to oversee the complete dealership operation. With a 5-day working week and the dealership closed on Sundays , you’ll enjoy a balanced schedule while steering a high-volume, high-profile automotive business to new heights. You will manage day-to-day operations across Sales, Service, and Parts, build and maintain strong OEM relationships, and implement strategies to deliver sustained growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and mentor department heads to achieve and exceed KPIs. Drive profitability across all departments representing top 10 automotive brands. Build, strengthen, and manage OEM/manufacturer relationships. Ensure compliance with all industry, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational performance. Champion a customer-first culture with an emphasis on retention and satisfaction. About You Proven track record as a General Manager or Dealer Principal in the automotive industry. Experience leading high-volume, multi-department operations. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
