Following are the Job Responsibilities’ to be performed- · Can able to Dismantle vehicles to remove damaged parts, removing damaged panels and parts, and removing upholstery and accessories to gain access and carefully preserving reusable components. · Can able to perform and Prepare and applies primer filling depressions, grinding and sanding repaired surfaces and paint, and clear coats, matching colors and ensuring even coverage for a professional finish. · Trained and professionally remove and replace adhesive attached components on vehicles and Use fillers and sanding techniques to smooth and restore surfaces for a flawless finish. Where applicable manage to replace badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels. · Trained and able to Repair and restore vehicle body panels by reshaping metal using hand tools removing dents by hammering panels, hydraulic equipment, and welding machines. straightening damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment ,cutting and joining replacement sections using welding equipment · Repair vehicle structural damage by riveting and do vehicle body misalignment · Align and fit repaired panels carry out oxyacetylene thermal heating and cutting on vehicle body sections · Can able to do and have through knowledge to refit body hardware such as door locks and trims, ensuring correct installation and functionality. Besides work maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop while complying with health and safety regulations.
