Oversee project execution, manage client relationships, develop the team, and contribute to the growth of the Decision Support practice. Provide clear, well-reasoned advice that considers trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints; use frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty. Builds and maintains strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels. Sees the big picture while managing detailed tasks across the team. Anticipates downstream impacts of decisions and advises accordingly. Supports structured decision-making processes. Brings a systems thinking approach to help clients see the whole organisation, not just siloed views. Provides clear, well-reasoned advice that considers trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints. Uses frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty. Capable of simplifying complexity for stakeholders and guiding discussions toward decisions and actions. Understands the ADF (RAAF) environment and is sensitive to organisational culture, politics, and pressures.
