Lead risk management programs, that deliver pragmatic solutions across geographically dispersed locations. Monitor and report on safety performance, including detailed reporting and data analysis along with communicating findings to the business. Be a trusted partner and provide practical advice to enhance safety standards in partnership with regional teams. Drive improvements in safety outcomes by lifting capability, coaching and real partnering with regional teams. Provide strong leadership and influence through your interactions across the business. About you You’re a dynamic Health & Safety professional wanting a step up in their career, across a national portfolio, with a passion for driving meaningful change and supporting large-scale transformation through hands-on initiatives. Health and Safety leadership experience across a complex, multi-site organisation. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of health and safety legislation. The ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes. Proven experience in writing reports, analysing data, and communicating findings. Proven ability to influence and coach senior operational leaders and a wide variety of stakeholders. Relevant qualifications, experience or training in Health and Safety or related discipline.
