About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate team and work with Stuart Napthali, advising private capital sponsors and founders on mid-market M&A transactions. About you In order to be considered, and to be successful and thrive in this role, you will have the following skills and experience 8 years PQE corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions experience within private practice Have a client-focused approach with a keen interest in obtaining great outcomes for clients Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning new concepts quickly Participate in activities that build teamwork and relationships This is an exciting time to join a highly-regarded team where you will have the opportunity to learn from experts and build a long-term career.
