Overview Vice President - Alternative Credit & Securitisation Our client is a leading global institution that provides advisory, investment and corporate financing, and capital markets services to corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors and sovereign and supranational organisations worldwide. Locally and regionally they offer clients a full range of expertise in advisory, arranging, underwriting and financial engineering, delivering financing solutions through the debt, bond, and securitisation markets. Responsibilities As part of the Global Markets team, support the origination function through structuring, repackaging and distribution of alternative credit and securitised products. Product focus will cover RMBS, ABS, and alternative credit via bond solutions. Provide bespoke credit solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporations, NBFIs, insurance companies, asset managers, and private equity funds, working across international hubs in the US, Europe, and APAC. Drive investor engagement and successful execution of structured bespoke credit solutions. Lead or contribute to syndication processes and manage client relationships effectively; favourable consideration given to knowledge of US market dynamics. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualified with demonstrated relevant product experience across global capital markets. Strong analytical skills and proven execution experience in public markets; ideally exposure to the investor community. Experience leading syndication processes and managing client relationships. 7–10 years of relevant experience in global markets in a similar alternative credit structuring and execution role. Excellent communication, analytical and execution skills; working knowledge of US market dynamics is advantageous.
