We’re working with a fast-growing FinTech in the consumer finance space, looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day business operations. This is a broad role covering product, service delivery, collections, customer service, and supporting sales — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth start-up environment. 4 days in the office • 12 month FTC What you’ll be doing Oversee end-to-end operations across product, service delivery, collections, and customer service. Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure new features are implemented and delivered seamlessly. Manage collections and credit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Lead and support customer service teams to deliver a high-quality experience. Work closely with Sales to align operations with customer growth and business objectives. Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and vendor relationships. Provide operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership. What you’ll bring Experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) within FinTech, consumer finance, or financial services. Strong understanding of product delivery, customer service, and credit/collections. Start-up or scale-up background with the ability to wear multiple hats.
