Responsibilities Bring your Customer Obsession and Loyalty and Rewards experience to this exciting new opportunity Drive simplification and velocity in delivery through your disciplined execution focus You’ll join a high-performing team, backing talented individuals Support the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits & Bank of Choice Deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies Support the planning, testing, design and execution of the loyalty proposition to reward and recognise priority customer segments, including managing and engaging Personal Bank key stakeholders to align and deliver on success Develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success Qualifications Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working Experience with effectively engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies A high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies, encourages cooperation across functions to enhance quality of decision making Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
