Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Generate targeted revenue within a portfolio. Client Management: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis. You will manage internal resources (e.g., briefing sales representatives, liaising with marketing) to maximize the scope of all client solutions. Salesforce Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure all information is updated in a timely manner within ELMO CRM (Salesforce). Client Retention: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that confirm 100% retention of contract value. Desired Skills and Experience Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business development within the technology or SaaS industry. Previous experience with HR & Payroll technology is preferred. Ability to travel to clients as frequently as necessary, both in person and virtual meetings are essential for our customers. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of people and contexts. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
