As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your qualities include: Proven experience in reception or customer service, ideally in corporate or hospitality settings. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming manner. Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficient in office software and phone systems, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately. A proactive team player with a neat appearance and commitment to maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area. WHAT YOU’LL DO Connect with visitors, clients, and guests professionally to create a positive and lasting impression. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and enquiries to the correct teams or departments. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing key staff calendars. Maintain an organised, tidy reception area and manage office supplies and mail. Provide administrative support to various teams, including filing, data entry, travel coordination, and event planning.
