About you: In your new role you will: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, clinical services (including tele-triage, tele-health assessments, generic and profession specific biopsychosocial mental health assessment, treatment, investigation, diagnosis, and short-term client management) child and youth, adult, and elderly consumers in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Apply independent clinical judgement and decision making to complex clinical presentations. Apply knowledge of mental health legislation and policy (including the Mental Health Act (2016), the Human Rights Act (2019), and the National Mental Health Standards) to facilitate the delivery of coordinated and integrated services within CHHHS. Comply with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate electronic databases.
