What You’ll Do: As a chef at Chilli Everest, you’ll be responsible for: Preparing and cooking a wide range of Indian and Nepalese dishes with consistency and quality Ensuring high standards in food presentation and portion control Monitoring kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene procedures Managing ingredients and inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency Supporting the kitchen team and assisting with training of junior staff Collaborating with management on menu development and seasonal specials What We’re Looking For: Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (a Diploma in Hospitality/Cookery will be highly regarded) At least 1 year of relevant experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen Strong knowledge of Indian and/or Nepalese cuisine Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Why Join Chilli Everest?
