Our client is seeking a skilled Software Engineer – Integration to join a Finance Modernisation Program. This role will be instrumental in modernising the organisations finance systems, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and the system integrator to deliver high-quality integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for the Finance Modernisation Program Build reusable APIs and ensure adherence to best practice development standards Collaborate with stakeholders and the Integration Lead to refine integration strategies Conduct system analysis, design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting Perform quality control, unit testing, and peer code reviews to ensure solution quality Provide third-level support during the program’s hyper-care phase Contribute to release planning, deployment, and documentation updates Requirements Relevant degree or qualification in software development, computer science, or similar Proven experience building Java-based applications (Spring, Hibernate) and integration solutions Strong technical skills in Java, Mule 4, ESB, XML, JSON, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs Experience designing and building interfaces using SOA concepts and an Enterprise Service Bus Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work across multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches Working with Children Check and ability to pass a police check If you would like to know more, please contact Milly Kerei-Keepa at talentinternational.com or hit Apply Now
