The Client Services Team Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring quality enabling services for Disability people we support and frontline service delivery teams. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is full time hours based at the Endeavour Foundation Support Office in Cannon Hill. You will lead and guide a small team as you create excellence in client experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of 4-6 coordinators and officers. Ensure our services meet legislative standards and align with financial sustainability goals Share your expertise to coach others and foster continuous improvement Drive innovation across the full client experience journey Collaborate to enhance systems, processes, and service outcomes About you: Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including business (desirable) or community services (desirable). Demonstrates high level competence in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Suite of programs relevant to the role to ensure work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
