Position Overview: This is a full-time position based at our CBD head office. We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our fast paced and energetic team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.15p/h with working hours from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, shared inboxes Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain and update customer records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software. Positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
