About the Role: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on building and nurturing long-term customer relationships in the retail truck sales sector. You will take on significant responsibilities to establish trust and rapport with clients. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential customers, generating interest and following up on inquiries. Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their purchasing experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of our truck offerings and market trends to provide informed recommendations. Drive retail sales initiatives, upsell products and services, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Accurately maintain customer data and sales history in our software system for effective tracking. Oversee the truck delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers taking ownership of their new vehicles. Provide ongoing post-delivery assistance to address customer concerns, fostering loyalty. Uphold our dealership's core values in all interactions, creating a positive environment for customers and team members. About You: We seek a motivated sales executive who embodies individual drive and teamwork. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work. Required Experience: Proven ability, ideally in truck sales, to follow established sales processes while building strong relationships. Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional service. Familiarity with Pentana, Era, and Dealer Socket systems and automotive experience is desirable. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and good PC skills. HR license or willingness to obtain a heavy vehicle license is essential.
