About the role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team, the Business Development Officer will work on account management services including Business Development & management of sales pipeline. This involves generating placements with new & existing hosts with a view to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring that retention rates are maximised. If you have the confidence to meet businesses and identify the right opportunities for placing AGA apprentices and trainees, this is a role for you. Please note: This role requires travel and will come with a fully maintained company's car. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation & prospecting, Sales pipeline management (CRM systems) Assist with recruitment activities within the GTO to meet client needs and contribute to consistent increases in commencement numbers. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients to ensure high-level customer satisfaction Understanding business goals and set plans to achieve, ability to attend after hours events to promote AGA AES services Develop and maintain a strong ability to articulate and communicate the value of the GTO to new and existing clients Networking ability and working in collaboration You'll ideally bring: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business development Experience in planning, developing and managing a sales pipeline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Ability to meet set targets and KPIs Essential: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and valid Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain) Why Join AGA?
