SSA are working with a leading Electrical Contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Trade professional looking for the next step in their career. The Role: The Project Supervisor is responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently and profitably, supervising subcontractors and labor resources, maintaining program and productivity, and driving the highest standards of workmanship. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labour resources. • Monitor and control labour productivity, ensuring cost-effective delivery and adherence to program. • Maintain quality control through inspections, compliance checks, and rectification management. • Oversee technical delivery — ensuring drawings, specifications, and standards are correctly implemented. • Drive and enforce WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture. • Manage procurement, logistics, and site resourcing requirements. • Track progress against program, prepare daily/weekly reports, and contribute to project financial control. • Support contract administration by reviewing claims, variations, and subcontractor documentation. • Build and maintain positive client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Criteria • Open driver’s licence. • Construction White Card. • Trade qualified or extensive construction supervision background. • Experience delivering commercial or multi-residential projects. • Demonstrated success in labour cost management and quality supervision. • Solid understanding of construction contracts and project documentation. • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.
