Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Services Officer to join a government department on a contract basis. Rate: Circa $77.00 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 18 months with possible extension In this role you will: Undertake research, analysis, and evaluation to support infrastructure, planning and asset management programs Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, projects, and procedures aligned with departmental strategic direction Provide high-level advice and support to internal and external stakeholders across infrastructure and planning issues Participate in project teams to design and deliver innovative, practical solutions for facilities and asset management Prepare reports, Ministerial responses, briefing materials, and submissions on infrastructure-related matters Manage operational activities, prioritise workloads, and ensure timely delivery of services and programs Prerequisites / Desirables: Demonstrated experience in infrastructure services, planning, or asset management Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions Proven ability to prepare high-level reports, briefings, and submissions Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building collaborative relationships Ability to work across multiple projects, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of government processes and requirements is desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your infrastructure expertise in a role that directly contributes to shaping education services across Queensland.
