The Showroom Manager will be the face of this dynamic commercial furniture showroom in Brisbane, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for every client visiting our new showroom. This is a weekday only, hands-on role that blends customer engagement, operational oversight, and local brand representation. While industry experience is welcome, we value transferable skills, commercial acumen and the ability to quickly learn our product range and processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Brisbane showroom, ensuring it is visually inspiring, immaculately presented, and aligned with Krost brand standards. Welcome, host, and guide clients through our furniture solutions, tailoring presentations to their needs. Coordinate and prepare client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations in the showroom. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Krost's product lines, sustainability initiatives, and workplace design trends. Liaise with the Sydney and Melbourne teams to coordinate stock, samples, and marketing materials. Oversee showroom administration, including managing appointments, ordering supplies and maintaining the CRM. Provide feedback on local market trends and opportunities to the State Manager. Provide sales support and order administration support Skills & Experience Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver premium customer service. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail in presentation and operations. Comfortable working autonomously in a small, high-performance team. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in retail store or showroom management (2-3 years), interior design, property, or premium brand retail environments is advantageous.
