About the Role Greet and assist all customers and guests warmly, in person and over the phone Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right team members Keep reception and waiting areas welcoming and well-presented Provide administrative support to various departments as required Prepare and serve coffee/tea to guests—barista skills are a plus! Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM), with only occasional Saturdays required to cover leave.
