Qualifications & experience at least 1 year experience managing shifts in a busy venue Tasks & responsibilities Manager required to lead our team (includes weekend night work) This is a hands on role Working on the floor with staff, includes greeting & serving customers, cocktails, pouring beers, waiting tables Ensuring all customers have an exceptional experience while in the venue You will be a team player who can provide direction to staff members General daily operations of a bar, ensuring the venue is organised & clean, stock is rotated
