We are currently looking to build our team nationally to support the growth we are experiencing & are looking for performance driven, motivated, enthusiastic people who are customer focused & understand the significance of building long term relationships with our partners. The Role This role which reports to the NSW Sales Manager, would suit someone who has a love of design, has specification experience & is looking for an environment where they can challenge themselves & build their skill set in sales within the A&D space. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing strong relationships with your business partners Identifying new business opportunities & following them through the sales process until closed. Gaining specifications & growing a sustainable sales pipeline. Achieve successful sales targets & KPI’s. Presenting products to Architects & Designers, Builders, Developers. Accurate record daily activity within our CRM System. Work as a team collaboratively, openly, & help your fellow colleagues locally & interstate. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners. A passion for design, sales, building new relationships and fostering existing ones to deliver successful outcomes for both parties. A high level of professionalism, personal presentation & a positive winning attitude is a must! Previous experience within the tiling industry will be highly regarded. Be self-motivated - with ‘hunter’ like skills & be a strong ‘closer’ Be focused on delivering outstanding service throughout the sales experience to your partners. Be degree qualified Interior Designer or Architectural background (this is an advantage, but not mandatory), have equivalent experience in A&D space, or have strong sales experience in a related A&D field.
