This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global Tier-2 consultancy with a strong presence within the civil engineering market and are now deepening their expertise within the energy market. This business boasts an easy-going culture with a relatively flat structure, giving you direct access to C-suite and decision makers. There is plenty of cross-pollination between the teams to provide extra resources as needed. There are two other BD Leads to provide assistance. They are seeking an Energy Lead to lead and build out the Energy division. This will include:Business development into the Energy Sector including NSP's, Private Developers, OEM'sIdentifying opportunities and developing projectsLeading projects and technical teams - strong project management skillsMaintaining strong relationships with Contractors The ideal candidate will possess:Strong existing relationships within the NSW Energy SectorTechnical background - ability to deliver projects as neededEasy-going demeanor and a self-starterConsultancy background Ability to identify problems and provide solutions This role is based in Sydney's CBD, typically 1 day per week WFH.
