About the Role As the new Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of National Pharmacies. This newly created position will be accountable for developing leadership frameworks, spearheading change initiatives, and embedding a culture of engagement and excellence. You’ll collaborate with passionate people across the business, supporting strategic people initiatives across change management, leadership development, culture & inclusion, performance frameworks, and talent planning. What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement leadership development programs aligned to our organisational goals. Lead change management initiatives to support smooth transitions and strong stakeholder engagement. Develop and support strategies for talent, succession, and career development. Strengthen performance management frameworks using tools like ELMO. Drive cultural transformation initiatives including engagement, D&I, and values alignment. Enhance employee experience through improved onboarding, recognition, and EVP offerings. What You’ll Bring? National Pharmacies are seeking a positive, proactive, and people focused specialist who is: Experienced in OD, change management, and leadership capability (ideally 5 years). A strong communicator and collaborator, confident in influencing senior leaders. Tech-savvy, with experience in platforms like ELMO and Culture Amp (preferred).
